What payment is required?
Pay the required service fee and grocery funds before shopping. The minimum grocery purchase is $300; the fee is $60 for $300–$425 or $100 over $425.
Can I change my appointment?
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your appointment.
How do substitutions work?
Please stay available by phone or text while we shop so we can check with you about substitutions or questions.
Can you leave groceries outside?
Someone must be present to receive the groceries. We cannot leave orders unattended.
Which stores and items are eligible?
Choose one approved store: Walmart, Publix, or Target. Pharmacy items, alcohol, tobacco, and shopping at Costco, Sam’s Club, Aldi, Ingles, or Food Lion are not available.
